UPS OR MACY'S

item was shipped with UPS, says dropped off at the correct address in the correct place, yet a person with the name Howell received it from UPS, no such name exists at the received address. was not delivered to the correct spot or was skimmed before it arrived. Macy's would not open tracking to investigate the missing item, just refund or replace. UPS doesn't seem to have accountability for their drivers..They say to deal with the sender...Too late, Christmas gift is no longer needed !.....
