runs small & can not return to Macys

This dress very tight around the bus line, and looks very inappropriate as a result, I don’t want my girls out for everybody to see lol. Unfortunately, I also found out that I cannot return this to Macy’s, I have to print out a sticker and bring it to a post office. This is extremely inconvenient and I never would’ve bought this if I knew please know that about this particular vendor.
