Slightly disappointed

I like the quality of the shoes, the upper and soles are great. The problem is I wear a 9 1/2 and these are slipping off of my heel. I’m not sure if I’ll return them or try to use some sort of slip guard.

Ordered to Store. Horrible Experience

I ordered this product online to pickup in store as it said it would be available in time for what I needed. That date has since passed and I receive conflicting info from online chat customer service and the store associate on whether they have the shoe yet or do not- my online tracking information has not updated since I purchased the shoe. I have requested to just cancel and get a refund but this is seemingly impossible. This is just crazy considering how big of a corporation Macy’s is. I will never be ordering online from them again and knew I was taking a risk when I chose to do so in the first place.

Beware!

The left loafer came with an indentation looking like someone used a Hole Puncher in an attempt to puncture a hole in the leather above where the tassel lies. I can't believe Macy's would send it like that!

Love it but….

I really want to keep this shoe, but it runs wide on my foot making it flop off. I can’t go down a size because the length is perfect!! They are so comfy….wish they came in narrow.
