Not as expected

The color is nowhere near what was pictured, the supports them mention barely keep it together. Strings hanging from seams. Supports were wrapped in a tissue paper with a cartoon bird on it. Very disappointed with the quality and since it’s a couch that inflates the cushions once you take it out of the box the free shipping doesn’t help since it’s impossible to send back in the boxes provided. If I had seen it in a showroom I wouldn’t have bought it. Not impressed.
