Wrong item received

Macy's shipping takes longer than any other retailer I buy from. Then I finally receive the lipstick and it was not the POP lipstick and a completely wrong color. Not worth the my time bothering to return by mail and no store in the area had the correct color to exchange in store. Macy's needs to do better if they want to survive.

Hard to find shade

This is a mix color of berries. It’s not pink, it isn’t purple but a blend of both. The lipstick goes on smoothly and lasts. This is my favorite shade.
