Worse packaging

I like the product as I started using this year, it giives a good moisturizing skin. I bought this on black Friday and it came late and the worse ,the item came damaged . Macy you have to address your packaging. It is very disappointing

Poor packaging, major spillage

I love this product and have used for years. The box that it arrived in was un-damaged, but the lotion had spilled in it's packaging. I think it should be replaced!
