Stings, burns, and my skin is flaking

So disappointed with this product. It's burning and stinging around my eye area, my skin is flaking around my eyelids. The area burns so bad, I can't wear makeup over it. Going back to confidence in a cream by it cosmetics. I'm done with Clinique.

Rich yet light weight

I use a retinal at night and it (along with Winter,) was really drying out my skin. Moisture Surge checks all the right boxes in what i look for and need in a moisturizer.
