Not firm enough.
It would’ve been nice if there was an opportunity to try this mattress out at the warehouse before ordering it online. The mattress was only available in plush, which I thought referred just to the pillow top. Apparently we need medium or firm mattresses. The problem we have with the two that we bought is that when we roll to a new positions while sleeping, it leaves a depressed area that we tend to roll back into. We are not overweight - I weigh 190 pounds and my wife weighs 140.

We first recommend ensuring that your mattress is being properly supported. If the mattress support is properly supporting the mattress, we highly recommend reaching out to your original purchasing store and filing a warranty claim so this can be looked at. Not the same quality BeautyRest as the old one
This is the second BeautyRest I purchased. The first one was fabulous and well used for 15 years. However this one leaves me tossing and turning and my body is stiff and sore in the morning.
