Great quality and function

Hate when product pages don't have dimensions. These are: Exernal: 22.5L X 15W X 10H Love the cable and internal pocket to put your external battery and charge phones, etc. through the port. Have not used this but have one similar to it and after inspecting it, it is pretty much the same quality. Looking fwd to using it on the next trip.

Terrible quality

Don’t, don’t buy this brand suitcases - the lock got broken just after one domestic trip - one of two zipper heads will not fit into the lock. On the very next trip the whole lock got gemmed and messed up and I was not able to unlock it no matter what I tried. Mesh cover inside started to tear on the second use. And the frame got blended too. Delsey customer service is terrible- you can’t call them and have to relay on email. They pretty much dismissed my problem- don’t waste your money on this mediocre luggage products.

Mixed feelings

I purchased purple and gold and I love the way it looks. Though I am disappointed by some of the functionality : - the outside zippers are difficult to use - when packed full, it is difficult to push, especially on hotel carpet - the indentation handle underneath is awkward and I end up using the wheels to pick up the bottom, which is gross - I agree with some of the other reviews that not having a pocket on the outside is inconvenient This is my first hard sided spinner suitcase. If I had to do it over again, I would go with a soft sided suitcase every time. Closing this clamshell style suitcase, especially when full is awkward. I don’t quite understand why people enjoy these so much other than the way they look.

Lightweight and sturdy

Love Love !! These suitcases are lightweight with great wheels for easy mobility. Withstood a mile walk through the NYC streets. Bought my daughter a set to replace her outdated set, she loves them too !!
