Dissatisfied customer

I have to agree with the disappointed reviews. I was excited because of the clearance price compared to the original. There's a reason. The product must be on the back shelf of warehouse and the reason why it doesn't fully expand. I have two huge lumps that will not lay down. Macy's should discontinue the promotion, and refund everyone who purchased without returning it.

Not sure yet

I bought this topper 2 months ago, and the ends have still not filled out. Can you give any advice? Thank goodness I didn’t need it right away, so I laid it on the bed upstairs and went to check on it today still smashed on both ends. Any suggestions? I could never get it back in the box. Do I just drag this in to Macy’s to return it? They have wonderful customer, but this is crazy. Am I the only one with this complaint? I’m sure I would like it, but quit uncomfortable with the flat ends.
