Pillow Cases Not Included in the Item Purchased

This item is advertised as a 3-pc quilt set. I received the quilt, but it did not come with the pillow cases. I contacted Macy's customer service department, they first stated that they would send me a replacement, then later they cancelled it stating that, since the item was delivered, no refund or replacement was warranted. I contacted the customer service again via email explaining that I only wanted the missing pillow cases so that I have a matching set. They didn't respond.

Never received it

My niece never received her package if I could give a negative I would I tried to contact customer service her building which is a secure building stated that they did not receive the package. Macy's was never any help and I probably won't be using their card anymore.

Great purchase

Excellent quality, beautiful calming color, and a great comforter. I am very happy with my purchase. The only thing is that it is a bit larger than expected, but otherwise I love it.
