Poor quality strap - disappointed

I love this bag so much, however after having the bag for literally 2.5 months, the strap broke. I’m very surprised at the low quality of the strap. Fortunately, I was able to take the purse in store and send the strap in for repair …. BUT will take 8 weeks to repair and send back. I’m very disappointed that I purchased this bag and I have not been able to use the bag while I wait for the repair. It has me rethinking a future purchase, and/or returning the bag.

Beautiful Bag with Amazing Quality

Nothing But Compliments

I purchased this bag last fall in Black Currant. It is absolutely GORGEOUS. It’s also durable and strong enough to carry my 13 inch laptop. Best Coach purchase to date!
