Never received

This seems to be a scam. I ordered this product on Dec. 3rd and three times I received notice that the shipment was going to be delivered and never was. Macy's seems to be complicit because when I contacted them to get a refund since I ordered through Macys.com, I was told had to allow the shipper to send the item, instead of canceling the order and getting my refund. Seller claimed item would be delivered the day after Christmas, the day after Christmas, I received an email that the seller could now contact their shipping department and if the item hadn't gone out, I could then get a refund in a few days. If they can now contact their shipping department then that means the item was never sent and couldn't be delivered when they claimed all three time, so why couldn6 I get my refund and get another gift. I guess need to contact the better business bureau for help, since Macy's doesn't seem to care.

Do better!

The taped up box that is the original box it came in was at my front door 12/24/2025. The box is damaged and clearly identifies what is inside the box. It was going to be a Christmas gift. I am not confident the item is in working condition based on the amount of tape and condition of the box. Very disappointing to receive a package like this from Macy’s.

Soap dispenser is no good came in a damage package when open parts missing very disconnected.
