Petite Sale dress

Dress was on sale. Looked nice online. Bought online. Process was easy. When I received it, there was random glitter on it. That wasn’t terrible, but when I put it on, the dress reeked of someone else’s perfume. Don’t know if someone bought it, wore it, and then returned it. I have aired it out , but it still smells strongly of perfume. It’s as if they sprayed the dress. I am stuck now. The event is tomorrow. I will have to smell like that until I take the dress off & shower.
