i ordered 2 watches, got 1, and nobody can help me

I ORDERED 2 WATCHES ON MACYS.COM FROM YOUR COMPANY. BUT I ONLY GOT 1. I TRIED TO CONTACT YOU AT LEAST 3 TIMES TO CHECK IF ANY OTHER PACKAGE SHIP TO ME. SINCE THERE IS ONLY 1 TRACKING NUMBER THERE, AND ONLY 1 WATCH INSIDE. IF YOU DID NOT SHIP ANOTHER WATCH TO ME, REFUND ME OR RESHIP TO ME. BUT MY REQUEST WAS DECLIEND, AND I DONOT WHAT HAPPENED . SO BAD. MACYS EVEN CAN DO NOTHING FOR THIS?
