Haven't received it yet.

I ordered a piece of furniture from Macy's using a Capital One special web offer of 'get x cash back if you spend y and z money at Macys website'. I was like wow it's a nice coupon. So I ordered a bookshelf for my office that I don't particularly need. I received tracking updates and the shipper was a service called OnTrac. They sent me a delivered notification at 3:51 PM but there was no product at my house when I arrived home. I'm in a rural area without street parking so porch pirates aren't an issue here. The shipper OnTrac has launched an investigation now and is supposed to be find a picture of the delivery for me. I told them if they accidentally left it with a neighbor that would be fine, but I feel like the neighbor would have said something by now since they all know me. I feel like I'm being pressured to cancel and re-place the order, but the Capital One coupon is already 'spent', so I wouldn't qualify for the cash back offer if this order is refunded. I'd rather them just cancel outright or re-ship the piece of furniture for my office. I'm surprised they reached out for a review when there's an active ticket trying to get my product that I ordered. I'm giving a 3 star review because although I haven't received my order, everyone involved has seemed determined to make it right.

Great looking shelves

I am glad I got these shelves. They were easy to assemble, took some time so make sure you allocate 2-3 hours to get it all done.
