Countertop Ice Maker

I bought this countertop ice maker for my husband to use and he absolutely loves it. States it is the best he has had and this is his third. I hope it will last.

Do not recommend

I purchased this ice maker in June 2025. I have followed all the instructions as well as cleaning and maintenance instructions. The unit a few months ago began having issues with the ADD WATER light staying on when there is water to the line. I followed all additional instructions as provided by the company to troubleshoot. They told me they could not send me any parts, but could offer me a 20% refund on the product. I accepted, as I was going to purchase a new unit. I did not hear from them for a few weeks. I reached back out and they told me my product was purchased in January 2025 and they can not offer a 20% refund as its over a year old. They are wrong, I purchased it in June 2026 as shown and provided to them on my receipt which they ACKNOWLEDGED at the first point of contact. They offered me the refund, and took it back from me. I do not recommend this company as they are not customer friendly at all and will keep giving you the run around.

Not a crushed ice maker

I should’ve paid closer attention when I looked at the item. It was not a crushed ice maker, but an ice maker that makes huge cylinder type ice cubes. I’m returning it.

Not recommended

Though the seller was great about communication and a refund, sadly this was defective. It took hours to make a tiny amount of ice and could not be utilized. I would continue to shop for a different brand.
