Broke the second time I used it

I am so disappointed! Got this and on the second day of wearing it, it broke!! It was so beautiful, I tried to get a refund from Alex and Ani directly, but they said I have to go through Macy's. I haven't called them yet.

scam

store took my money via macys.com, they created label via usps and never sent me my bracelet. never responded back to my massages. when called 401-232-4041 automated system said that phone is temporarily disconnected. feels like scam.
