Pleasantly surprised

I have been looking for a bJuly birthstone ring for my mom and this ring is PERFECTLY the color of Ruby Red. I had ordered others and sent them back. I only wish they had my size for November! Please disregard other comments. For the price point you can’t go wrong purchasing this ring! It’s beautiful.

Wrong items ordered and packed by your warehouse

I ordered matching rings and bracelets through black Friday promotion the ring showed up they were the wrong colour all three of them. I went into the store. The jewellery counter lady refused to help me so I went home. Tried to see if I could do the process online because of your apps user interface I was unable to do that so the next seven went into the store She said she could help me, but she ordered the incorrect item again and at this point, I’m ready to just return everything if you can’t solve this problem because this is atrociously unprofessional if you’re going to offer a product online, the colour needs to match the actual product. The fact that I am now going to have to go into the store a third time to get this corrected because of your employees mistake is also absolutely unacceptable

Not sterling silver

The ring contains nickel, my finger got a bad rash and that only happens with nickel. Also the ring got dull and dark. Don’t purchase if you can’t wear nickel.
