Disappointed

I received my Crystal Initial Necklace yesterday, and I was really disappointed to find that the chain arrived broken right out of the package. For something described as “everyday jewelry,” I expected much better quality. On top of that, the return process has been inconvenient and more complicated than it needs to be. When an item arrives damaged, the resolution should be quick and simple — but that hasn’t been my experience with this seller. Overall, I’m unhappy with both the product quality and the return process. I wouldn’t purchase from Bearfruit Jewelry again based on this order.
