Gold Cross Necklaces

Bought 2 for granddaughters. The cross is stunning. The chain is very thin and I had to purchase chains to make it work. Disappointed. Tried CS but will not refund anything.

Gold Cross Necklace

I bought 2 of these necklaces for granddaughters. The clasp is so poorly made and you can’t see that in packaged box. Can’t even put it on. The cross is beautiful but now I have another expense as I will have to purchase 2 chains so they can wear. Some type of credit to my charge account would be appreciated. Thank you
