Quality materials used in manufacturing. Design seems over thought, not clear why the water well needs a slanted insert. Disappointed that the burner shuts off after 30 minutes. The enclosed instructions are a wasted expense, online manual much more comprehensive. Wish it came with a metal carafe.

Great Basic Coffee Maker
Covers all the basics and makes a great cup of coffee. Easy to clean and operate. Keeps coffee warm for 30+ min after as well, which I appreciate.

Would have been cheaper to buy Starbucks 10X
I have used this about 10 times and it already is not working. It just blinks at me. Have cleaned everything. Made sure nothing is blocking anything. Water filled to appropriate level. Coffee grounds filled to appropriate level. Powered on and off. Still just blinks at me like it’s laughing at me for making such a stupid purchase.

In trying to stop using a Keurig, I found this perfect 4 cup coffee maker. It comes with a scoop so you can never over portion your grounds. It also has a water guide to put the right amount in ever time. It works well with my decor and looks great in my coffee bar. The only thing I would change is putting a timer on it.

Worst
This is the worst coffee maker ever. Every detail of the design is horrible. The design ensures there are grounds in every pot you make, the carafe spills coffee when you pour and now after owning for a mere 5 months I can't get the thing to brew a cup of coffee.

Soho 5 Cup Coffeemaker
We are enjoying our coffeemaker but wish it would have an on/off button. It does turn itself off after 30 minutes but that would just be an added bonus. I like the coffee that it makes better than our other coffee maker.
