Food processors: buy after thorough research

One component out of 2 did not work at all. There were no clear instructions about assembly of different parts. It wasted a lot of our time trying to assemble it that eventually did not work and we are returning the product.

Cuisinart 9 cup processor

My son gave me this food processor for Christmas and I love it! I previously had the smaller version for many years but this one is a game changer. I love to cook and bake so it has made a big impact on the time I spend on ingredients and recipes! It is sturdy and dependable and very easy to use, I would highly recommend it!

Jammed after 3rd use

Macys was great in returning it. But after checking the internet I found this jam to be very common and they list about 20 different things to try to unjam it. None of them worked foe me. IMO, the product is defective. Disappointed with Cuisinart brand, but macys was great.
