Perfect Compact Fryer

This little fryer exceeded my expectations. We are a gluten free family and have been craving donuts and other fried foods for a long time. I found this compact fryer and thought it would be nice to try making our own yummy snacks. It’s compact for storing and leaving on the counter, but big enough to fit a couple of donuts at a time. It was easy to use and cooked the food perfectly every time. Highly recommend!

Bad design

I used this about four times and every time the lid fell off when opened to check the food. The last time it fell off while I was taking the basket out and while putting the basket back in the hot oil it splashed oil all over the cabinet top.

Bad design

I used this fryer about four times and every time I used it the lid fell off when opened. I got burned on my hand when I was checking chicken legs to see if it was done. I was lifting the chicken out and the lid fell off so I put the chicken back in the hot oil and it splashed out and burned my hand.
