Very well made pan, I plan to use it for outdoor gatherings, so I'm hoping the flies won't be able to crawl in because the lid doesn't seem to fit as tight, but I will be testing it soon, I'm sure for an indoor party it will work great and look beautiful. I also like that it's not as bulky as other regular chafing dishes.
