I purchased a toaster and it never arrived. I waited patiently but, the tracking kept saying left distribution center. Although, my purchase was fully refunded I will probably do in store purchases moving forward

Do not purchase!!!!
Stay away from this model. Wish i never purchased it. Does NOT toast evenly. Burn inside while outside is not toasted and thats on low mode.

Horrible toaster
I wish i never purchase this toaster. It does not toast evenly. Even on low mode it burns inside of toast while the outside is NOT toasted. Stay away from this model.
Lots of choices
This is a toaster that gives the user so many options. Lets you select the type of bread you want to toast and the finish product whether you want to enjoy toast, bagel, muffin, etc.

Uneven toasting
Not terribly impressed with this toaster. I've found the toasting to be uneven and the bagel button just adds time instead of toasting just one side. I would NOT purchase this toaster again

Overall, not a good experience.
I would not recommend this toaster. There are seven settings for browning; six is the first one that shows some browning and does not require a second round of toasting for a light color. And this is for plain bread. I'm not sure if it will toast other variations in one shot. While this is separate from the quality of the toaster, the shipper had a very short ship date, which I appreciated. It was one of the reasons I ordered from Macy's. On the day after the shipment was due, I was notified that the toaster would arrive a week later. No explanation.

Toaster just ok
For the price, I think the toaster seems a little flimsy and a bit on the cheap side. Would not recommend.
