Seems reliable, solid gift

This was a housewarming gift from my dad; I've only had it a couple weeks but it seems to reliably toast bread and bagels, although it takes a bit of toggling the dial to find the right level.

Size, choice options

I love the very small size of the toaster! Very compact! All the options for defrost, warm, etc. seem redundant. All those choices are doable manually. Love the "cancel" button, though!

Disappointing

I was gifted this toaster and it didn’t work. Pressed down the lever and it wouldn’t stay down and the elements wouldn’t heat. Cuisinart sent a replacement that did the same thing. Clearly there is a problem with their toaster but they won’t do anything about it.

Toaster

very happy so far. Has toasted our bread evenly, which was important to use. We retired our old toaster, finally. It served us well for 40 years.

Disappointment from Cuisinart

Very inconsistent browning - one side always much darker than the other, whether toasting one slice or two. It burnt bread, waffles and pop tarts equally badly, so I returned it.

A toasty little toaster

Love the toaster it is sleek and lightweight,does a great job on toast and bagels.Had my first one for over 15 years before having to buy a new one. I am always very happy with all my Cuisinart products!

Terrific toaster

This basic toaster is all you need! Plenty of toast settings to satisfy every need, and slots wide enough for bagels. Compact and lightweight so it can easily be stored away when not in use
