Just what I was looking for. Love it. Cooks perfectly. Great for a large family.

I use my electric skillet everyday. It gets so used I never put it away. This skillet does everything it claimed it would do. The quality is worth every penny spent. Just use your imagination and this skillet will do it.

GREAT ITEM, SUPER SKILLET

Was leery of spending this amount on an electric skillet, but very glad we did. We live in an RV, so limited space and we use propane for cooking. It is much more economically feasible to cook with electricity, so this is replacing a cheap electric skillet. The cooking area in this skillet is large, it provides even heating (not just around the heating ring) and is easy to clean. Great purchase and worth the money.

Capacious and easy to clean. However, temperature is not held constant, so if used for frying, food is sitting in less oil that is less than optimal, which can lead to greasy finished product.

I bought this to replace the older model, which I had used for many years. The new model is lighter-weight and less bulky and is therefore easier to use and much easier to wash. The oval shape is perfect for all sorts of items. The skillet heats up to the set temperature quickly and maintains it. I am very happy with it!
