Love this machine
I have owned other brands of coffee makers but this one is the best. I love the fact there is no carafe. They always break or they leak all over the counter if the pause pour clogs. It makes an excellent flavorful cup of coffee. The auto program is easy to use too.

Just ok not what I thought
Its ok. The coffee is weak if you only make a couple of cups. It works just like a regular coffee maker. I misunderstood the single cup and thought it would hold water and coffee and make as needed.

Should last longer than 3 years
We've had this for 3 years and 7 months. It's always had a problem with coffee grounds getting everywhere when you brew it strong but we could live with that because it looks good and keeps the coffee warm. We clean it regularly. Now it's leaking from around the metal plate in the coffee reservoir every time we use it. Looking for a more durable coffee maker this time.
