Perfection with this coffee grinder!

Absolutely Love my new Cuisinart Coffee Grinder! Not vey loud and has done a great job grinding my beans! Highly recommend this product. After all with a name like Cuisinart on it you can’t expect anything less than top quality!

Delayed delivery

To date, more than10 days since this product was purchase on Feb 13 - andf not yet received. Bizarre. I'm guessing - the fault of UPS or USPS, not Macy's.

It's ok

It grinds fine. However the grounds spill over the cup, so the entire thing has to be cleaned after every use, and so does my counter. Dry grounds fly everywhere when it's opened after grinding.

Grinds 18 Cups

This grinds much larger quantities than our old coffee grinder. Very pleased.

Broken plastic in the cup of the grinder

I admit I've had this grinder for at least a decade and use it only to grind coffee beans. All of a sudden today it was not grinding. Upon close examination, I see that the plastic holding the blades is broken. I am very disappointed with it. I use the grinder 2-3 times a week and was hoping it'd last much longer than 10 years. I only need to replace the cup but can't find any place where I an do that. Such a waste to throw the whole thing away. I see this part is prone to breaking easily and the company should provide alternatives to replace just that part.

It’s great until it’s not

I’ve had my grinder for 15 years and just had my second grinder cup break. The plastic in the cup that holds the blade on is a weak point and breaks after 3-5 years. I had replaced the cup part since I didn’t need to replace the remainder of the unit, but it is frustrating to have to invest in a part again that I know will just break again in a few years. I do appreciate that the cup is primarily stainless. I’ve found most others have a plastic bin or cup.

Best coffee grinder!!

I am very pleased with this coffee grinder. I have had the old ones where I had to grind each day and they were tough to clean. The capacity for this grinder is fantastic, it's quiet, and VERY easy to clean. The ability to store the grinds is a huge plus!
