Is a great product. The one exception being that it’s very hard to read the dial indicating the thickness of the slice. It’s easy to operate and easy to clean.

Great slicer for all occasions. Very sturdy and durable.

I had my pro food slicer for awhile but was afraid to use it until a visiting nephew went over it with me we turned it on and sliced some cheese, wearing my protective gloves I felt very comfortable with it. From there for two weeks I was slicing partial frozen flank steak to marinate & dehydrate for beef jerky. I was able to easily adjust the thickness of the slices until I found the just right one between 5&6. Clean-up was a bit of a hassle with little bits of meat getting stuck in the groove’s because I couldn’t see a way to disconnect that portion of the device to emerge that part of the slicer to properly clean it. There is a button on the movable pusher that says push to detach but nothing happened when I followed the instructions! This is the only problem I had and why I gave it only 4 pts.

The slicer worked as described and exceeded my expectations. Very easy to adjust the thickness of the slices and easy to clean. However, the legs on the slicer are too short and the unit sits too close to the counter to allow enough clearance to put a plate under the slicer. The meat needs to be moved by hand to a plate for collection. Other that this it seems to be a great unit. As of now, I only used it once to slice corn beef and was very pleased with how thine I could slice it.

Great slicker for the price! I would have given it 5 stars, but the plastic sliding plate is kinda cheesy and falls off unless you check the snap catch a couple of times. Given that it is about 3x less than other top rated models on the market, this is a good bargain, especially for occasional use.

First time it works fine second time the blade stop turning. You could hear the motor but the blade didn’t turn
