Cuisinart Gooseneck Electric Kettle
Buyer Beware. Within a year of purchasing this product, it's scratched and leaks from the lid. I contacted Cuisinart Customer Service to resolve the issue. Their response was that I should have cleaned it with a soft cloth rather than a zero-scratch sponge. They will not replace it. For such an expensive purchase, I expected a higher-quality product backed by the reputation of Cuisinart.

Good, but not great quality.
The base of my kettle stopped working suddenly after the warranty expired. It lasted four years, but at this price point I expected better. The kettle worked fine while I had it, though it did beep a lot.

Favorite tea kettle
I have had my tea kettle for about six months and just this month bought one for a friend. It is everything all the reviews I read (and videos I watched)before buying said it would be. You can easily adjust the temperature; it heats the water quickly; it pours easily without spilling; and it is lovely to look at! If you are a big fan of all kinds of teas, as I am, you cannot go wrong with this tea kettle.

An Upgrade from our old Kettle!
This kettle works really well and stands out, for us, for two reasons: the goose neck spout allows for a precision pour and the temperature control base. The latter heats the water to the temperature you desire and keeps it at that temperature by continuously reheating it. It also alerts you when the water initially reaches the set temperature. The temperature-setting controls are very simple and easy to use, and they work great for my wife and I: I drink coffee so desire my water to be hotter than what she wants for her tea, so whomever is making their breakfast beverage first just heats the water to the temperature they want and then resets the temperature to what the other prefers. We’re very happy with this kettle.

Perfect electric tea kettle
This tea kettle is lightweight, extremely efficient, and a joy to use. My water is prepared at the exact temperature I need in less than 2 minutes. I like the design and the convenience of this kettle.
