Good, but…
The panini press works well, but the sandwiches tend to slide out while pressing. I think that is an opportunity for improvement, perhaps by adding a feature that increases friction to help keep the sandwiches in place.

Great concept, needs some refining.
We bought this grill 2 weeks ago. During our move to a new location, we tossed out our gas grill. This is our "grill" until we get a new gas grill. After some fussing and stretching of the spring cable guard on the back, we were able to get the plates to fold flat. We learned that after we tried grilling the first time. This may be a quality issue? It didn't work correctly right out of the box. Everything else worked fine, and do like the removable plates. Whomever manufactures this or distributes this should take a random one and put it to use. Best way to learn what obstacles consumers run into. Very good product, but could use some "consumer insight" and improvement.

1/4 lb. long hot dogs don't fit.
'Large' long 1/4 lb hot dogs don't fit--longer than grill. Can't turn sideways-they pop out. Suggestions?

Best Quality Grill EVER !
I have used this 3 times now. I am very impressed with how fast it heats it and cooks! It is simple to use and cooks evenly. It’s great how I can cook it flat or use it as a press. The cleanup is best. I’ve hand washed it and cleaned it in the dishwasher… it never leaves the black chalky stuff on my hands.
