My New Best Friend
The Griddler Elite is my new favorite appliance! The day after I used it for the first time, I went out and bought two panini recipe books for more inspiration. The bacon I cooked on it was perfect and the cleanup easy with the drip tray catching all the grease. In addition to paninis, I’ve made every variation of grilled cheese sandwiches on all types of bread, french toast and eggs so far. I sous vide a lot of meat and have finished off burgers and steaks with the sear feature (that’s why I bought the Elite model and it didn’t disappoint) and it’s been so easy and I don’t have to wash and then re-season my cast iron pan. Cleanup couldn’t be easier; I have put the plates in the dishwasher and also washed by hand — come out perfect every time. I use it so often that it sits out on my counter so it’s easily available. I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase.

Nice handy multi function griddler
It's everything I thought it would be and a little more. Pretty simple to clean and gets to temp relatively quickly. It's much simpler to use than it looks and sear function is nice touch.

Game changer
bought this to replace a different brand that was going out on me. My cuisine art griddler elite is so much better! I can cook bacon, burgers etc. without grease dripping everywhere. The grease drip tray is large enough to catch it.My favorite feature is that I can set each griddle for different temperatures! That’s a game changer!! I highly recommend this product. I do store mine on top of my pantry cabinet-but because the complete griddle with the grills are kind of heavy-I store the grates in my lower cabinet and the griddler elite on top. It’s not a problem because the griddler elite is able to lock into position so it won’t compromise the latch that holds the grates.

Griddler Elite
Great appliance for grilling chicken, steaks, hamburgers, etc. Flip over the trays and you have a flat surface for pancakes, grilled sandwiches, etc. We had the earlier model, but this one is top notch.

Wonderful Product, something has happened
I like the product, however, for the past 6 months, it has leaked oil onto the countertop. The reservoir tray is properly installed and it still leaks oil. I have owned this grill for more than a year. I believe something is not functioning properly in the back of the grill, it is now leaking. Cuisinart, please replace my grill.

Great replacement, at a perfect price
So, I purchased this grill to replace one that i had for some time, I like the fact the heating plates can be changed around to allow the cooking of different items, and that you can set different temps for the top and bottom elements. Distribution of heat elements are well laid out so everting cook's evenly. Clean up is very easy as the plates are dishwasher safe, and easy to remove and install.

Nice product buy lacks some features.
I purchased this Cuisinart to replace my old flattop electric griddle because I needed diversity i has every feature I like except a panini plate which I would have preferred because I like the grill lines they give when doing grilled steak or chicken other than that no other complaints.
