Wish it tilted to drain the grease
Ok grill...prefer it better if it tilted to drain the grease....right now food sits in grease.

Bought a replacement after I wore mine out!
Just purchased my second Griddler. I've been cooking chicken thighs, chicken breasts, burgers of all kinds, pancakes, waffles, sandwiches and more with my first Griddler for years. I guess after a while they start to heat a bit unevenly and the non-stick coating on the plates begins to flake off. That's when I decided to buy a replacement. The controls are easy and clean up is easy. It's one of the few kitchen accessories I keep out on the counter.

Perfect size griddle
A great mini grill/griddle/panini maker. Heats up tortillas as well. Haven’t cooked any meats yet, but excited to try!

Simple to Use, but Uneven Heating
I selected this Griddler because it had simple, hopefully reliable, controls instead of an LCD screen with related smarts that is just one unnecessary feature waiting to fail prematurely. I also selected it because I could get compatible waffle plates. I was impressed by how quickly the Griddler came to temperature and especially how quickly it returned to temperature after one waffle was removed. The one disappointment was that the waffle cooks unevenly. The bottom is nicely browned and crisp while the top is paler and softer. This prevents me from giving it full marks.

Not a good griddle - it’s a panini grill
Received this for Christmas and not a fan. Maybe the panini grill is a better use for this thing, but I asked for a griddle and this is what was given. Surface area is split….cooking temps are inconsistent and the lip of the griddle is too shallow
