Excellent value & performance

I have been watching these guys for a long time. My wife got me this for Christmas and I was overjoyed. These knives look nice and are ridiculously sharp. I cut my finger washing one when my brush slipped just a bit. For context, I am a chef with years of culinary school and decades worth of experience. I have catered multiple events, and have been a private chef. No, these are not heavy workhorse blades but for a home cook? You're going to be very pleased with your purchase. Don't hesitate. Jump in.

Don’t buy from Macy’s anymore

When things go on sale super sale. Those items says unavailable which is a lie. They have these items in stock. Don’t want to sell under this particular sale. Fraud need to be investigated and sued

Knives

My biggest complaint is with the steak knives. Steak knives should be smooth edged, not serrated. Serrated blades tear the meat instead of slicing the meat. The other blades are fine. I use the smaller ones a lot.
