A Piece of Junk!

It could not have fallen apart after a few weeks. This was my second tea kettle. They both lasted a few weeks before the apparatus that causes it to whistle fell off. What a piece of junk. No more Cuisinart for me.

So disappointed

This tea kettle doesn't whistle. I'm so disappointed.

Good but needs some design improvement

Is a decent Teakettle but you have to properly place the lid correct otherwise you won't here the whistle blowing when the water is ready. this was a replacement on my old Cuisinart Kettle that disconnected since it was a lifetime warranty

Hot water? Just whistle!

It looks good and doesn't take a PhD in physics to use it. That in itself is a good thing, because I don't have a degree in Physics. Even stainless steel has been known to show evidence of corrosion here on the windward side of Hawai'i Island, but this seems to be very high quality stainless, as I see no evidence of that.

Handle stays cool and the red looks beautiful.

As I didn't have one I started looking for a nice tea kettle to have ready for a friend who drinks tea and was staying with me for a few days.I read quite a few reviews and decided on the Cuisinart Valor Teakettle in red. It had good ratings, came from a trusted brand and looked good in the online photos. I'm really pleased with my decision as the tea kettle performed flawlessly, getting the water hot without heating up the handle. The red color also looks beautiful. I've only had it a couple of months but so far it has been a great buy.

Rusty after two months

Purchased this kettle two months ago and noticed sentiment in the hot water when i poured the water into a mug. Upon further inspection, I noticed it was rusting from the inside. We will be returning.
