Unpoufy cube

Love the look and texture of this pouf, but it quickly lost its poufiness and now is constantly mis-shapen and deformed looking. It is no longer a "cube". Unfortunately, there is no way to open the pouf and see what's going on with it or refill it. Additionally, there are long threads unraveling from the top.
