Color is off but soft and nice quality

In the picture, the colors are muted, which is what I wanted. When I got it it is very very bright. Not what I expected and not happy with it but I don't have the time nor the help to return it.

Blue color matching

This rug is soft underfoot and a nice style. I ordered the blue rug and the blue is more aqua or blue/green. I’m keeping the rug but using it in a different room.

Online process was a mess

This review is not for the item I purchased . It is for the entire online process . It started be me receiving the wrong item , when I called for a return label I was on hold for 45 minutes to find out , the system never showed me receiving the item . I needed to wait yet another week for the system to catch up , to them be informed I needed packaging or I could bring it to store . It’s an 8x10 rug . The people I was talking to had no clue !!! I finally connected with an agent in the USA that was very helpful . 2 weeks and 4 calls to customer service . Just not worth it !!!

Soft and colorful

This rug is incredibly soft and the colors are rich. There is a small amount of a turquoise color that pops in the daylight making it vibrant, and fades in the evening making a more serene cozy vibe. Looks great with my green couch and blue tv console.
