Un-looped

One of the two rugs is coming "un-looped" ....one place on the corner and another on the side. Very disappointing. I've only had these a few months and they are expensive to be having this kind of issue.

Looks awful

This rug is beautiful and soft underfoot. However, I've had it for only 8 months and it is completely matted down/pulled all over. Just vacuuming it caused pulls and the "pebbles" to become matted down/loose fibers. Even the ottoman caused deep divots. It looks like old/worn and ratty. Super disappointed.

Didn't hold up

This is a beautiful rug. But one year in, it looks like crap. So many pulls. I get that it's for "low traffic" areas, but does that mean it cannot be walked on at all? I'm disappointed with the amount of money spent.

Very soft!

I've only had this rug for a couple days and I'm absolutely in love. It's so soft and is a great addition in my living room. The only thing I would say is that it isn't the best pet-friendly rug. I have cats and they have already begun scratching/pulling at the rug. I've noticed a couple pulls but I'm just trying to keep the cats off the rug to prevent more. Overall, great rug! Bad cats.
