For me the slipper is very heavy; resulting in not being comfortable on the top of the foot and weight causing pain. Dont agree with being charged to return and ship them back. Additionally reached out to request a suggestion for another lighter slipper, as an exchange would have been preferable originally, and did not receive a response that addressed my inquiry.
