Color not the same

I received these slippers and was surprised that the color on the website is totally different from what the slippers really are! On the website the color is a golden brown look like I like but when I received them they look more grayish! The same thing with the reindeer slippers of last year. Trying to decide if I am returning them or just keep them because they are cute. Beware of color!!
