Luke warm temperature
I bought this as a birthday gift to myself and was very disappointed about the temperature of the cup of coffee. I can see why they offer d a bonus warming mug. The mug should be free not discounted. Despite having the instructions suggest the many extra tasks such as clean the machine, warm the coffee cup with hot water the coffee still comes out at best 128 degrees before adding cream. I use half the water that’s filled. I can’t imagine my electric and water bill waste for one cup of coffee. This does not include the water that spills out before and after making a cup of coffee. The grinding is beyond loud and the taste is average at best. Beyond disappointed!
Good machine
Coffee extraction, grind and consistency are all great. . My only complain is regarding rhe temperature. It’s not piping hot, and would recommend to make the coffee just a few seconds before ready to drink. Milk based drinks also turn out great with precise amount of milk dispensed. Very happy with my purchase

Should have purchased earlier
I had been considering buying this for a good 6 months before finally deciding to (and taking advantage of a sale). I only wish I had done it earlier. It was easy to set, has been easy to use, and makes great drinks. I was concerned about the footprint it would take up on our counter, but it is more compact than I expected. Would definitely recommend.
