Coffee Drinkers Dream
Great machine, will fulfill the majority of people's coffee needs. Worked like a charm, but you need to get used to the cleaning cycles before and after your drink is made.

Faulty frother
The frother did not seat properly on the machine so none of the drinks with milk worked. I emailed the manufacturer who simply emailed the same tips from their troubleshooting guide. A few days later we found a phone number for support, created a video got agreement the rep would look for a frother from a new machine because they were out of parts. They didn't give a ticket number to my husband on the call. I reach out via email for uodate and they somehow have no record of the call nor my warranty registration but they don't engage to offer help. I decided to notify Bloomingles where I purchased, 100% different experience. A painless RMA. While DeLonghi support was non existent, I hope the new machine being sent works. During its brief tenure at our home, I did expect it to tell me what setting to use for the grind by drink but I didn't find those instructions. Same with the amount of milk per drink. I did buy it because I am not a barista and these steps would be key. I will look further when the replacement arrives if the frother works. The machine is noisy, place it away from sleepers in the morning. Thanks Bloomingdales for the great service on the exchange.

In love already
It’s awesome and we look forward to our coffee every day. Beans matter, and we are figuring out which ones we love the best. It’s been fun to make coffee for our friends as well. Can’t wait to use this machine for many years to come!

Love, love, love!
This machine is incredible which I’m glad because it isn’t cheap. The set up was a little hard as the instructions have been a bit clearer. We made it through and just love it. The touch of a button gives you the coffee of your dreams. I love that you can modify your drink choice so easily. You want more milk just move the dial, you want stronger coffee just slide the dial. Call me crazy but the taste of my coffee now is so much better. I was hesitant to buy any machine at this price point because I wasn’t sure I’d notice enough of a difference in the taste if the coffee considering the cost of the machine but it is well worth it. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat!

Finally feels like a café at home
I’ve had the De’Longhi Magnifica Plus for a short time now, and I’m already wondering why I didn’t make this upgrade sooner. The machine is incredibly intuitive, the setup took just a few minutes, and the guided prompts make dialing in your preferred strength and milk texture almost effortless. The espresso quality is the standout feature. The crema is rich, the temperature is spot-on, and it extracts flavor better than any machine I've owned before (and I’ve gone through a few). The built-in grinder is quiet, consistent, and gives you plenty of control over your beans. The milk frothing system is another win — fast, smooth, and it creates microfoam good enough for latte art if you’re into that. Cleanup is also surprisingly simple, which was one of my biggest concerns before purchasing. Daily maintenance is literally a rinse and a button press. If you’re on the fence, this is worth it. It turns a morning routine into a moment you actually look forward to. It feels like having a personal barista without the learning curve. Highly recommend...especially if you appreciate great coffee but don’t want to become a full-time home barista to enjoy it.

Excellent machine! And easy maintenance!
The DeLonghi Magnifica is an excellent machine! This is our third one over the last twenty plus years. We use them a lot, so we tend to wear them out. Unfortunately we went with another brand during covid and were never as happy with it. The Delonghi makes such delicious drinks, has perfect crema, and is so easily maintained! It is a well thought out product and now makes so many different drinks! We are happy!
