Great idea poor execution

The plates and sizes are perfect, the ceramic makes them very heavy and clumsy to serve on. The same idea on ceramic would make them perfect. The big one is long enough to serve a piece of salmon. The smaller one is nice to fit some hors d’oeuvres.
