I’ve had this necklace for a little while. Received it as a few Christmases ago back in 2022 and I’ve had no complaints. I love the shine of the initial, no stones have fallen out. I am a thicker woman so I was worried about the chain itself but it actually fit The chain that it came with did not break, however I did switch it out to a different chain just because of preference. But overall I love it!

Ordered necklace online black friday

Ordered a necklace online thru Macy's during black Friday deals Nov 28th. I've been checking to see when it's supposed to deliver (Xmas is in a week) because it said it was delivering 12/12 (today's 12/17). Just used online chat and was told that "I so sorry to inform you that the item is unavailable so that the refund has been processed. Mohammed Z • 5:01 PM So when was someone going to tell me? Now I have to find an Xmas present in time to ship with other Xmas presents. Just poor customer service - no communication - the only reason I found out was because I had to follow up. I'll never use Macys again. Couldnt leave 0 stars..lowest I could leave was 1 star rating.

Telling me to review the product and i still dont have it. Purchased Nov 19th said said it shipped Nov 21st and i still have not received it. How am i supposed to review i was supposed to have by now and still dont

Although the actual pendant is nice the chain that comes with it is not the one pictured. It's a much thinner and cheaper chain.
