Poor package shipping

It arrived damaged, wasn’t packed properly so it fell out of the small box that was open inside the shipping box. Clasp was bent.

Bummer

This bracelet looks pretty but has fallen off my wrist 2 times out of the 3/4 times worn. Clasp is not reliable .

Defective Product

Clasp would not connect Associate at Macy's verifed it was clearly broken She nor I could order it again at the same price I paid Not my fault it's defective!!
