Macy's I'm Disappointed

Firstly, the deal on the product was great, but that's where the positive review pretty much ends. Tracking updates just stopped, but I'm getting emails from Macy's to review the order I never received. Then trying to deal with their chatbot which was completely useless. I finally get a live person via chat who was helpful and they send me a replacement. Replacement finally arrives and the item is just thrown in a bag with no presentation box, now I have to go and find one. Thanks Macy's really making Christmas shopping inconvenient.

Awful

I’ve bought jewelry from Macys numerous times. These earrings are awful. Macys should be embarrassed that they even sell this product. They are terrible quality! Cloudy is an understatement! Stay away. I’ve never returned something so fast in my life.

BEAUTIFUL EARRINGS!

I bought the 3/4 total carrot weight diamond studs at a great sale price. They are beautiful and shiny and exactly the size I expected them to be for my second smaller set. They are half the size of the 1-1/2 carat weight diamond studs I bought last year for my main set. I knew they would look beautiful and proportionate with the smaller earrings being half the size of the larger ones. I highly recommend Macy’s four prong diamond stud earrings in both sizes.
