i bought it for my daughter but it was too long for her..i went to macy's to return it but at macy's people talked me through it and i didn't get to return my item.bad experience

Amazing product

Cheap Chain

The chain is flimsy and had a knot in it when I took it out of the box. I thought I could wear it anyway but it was uncomfortable so I initiated a return. by the time I got to the store to return it, the salesperson told me it was to late to return it, so I’ll have to put the initial on a better chain!
