Tangled chain

Bought this as a Christmas gift it arrived much later than the expected delivery date was and it was in a tiny box with almost no protection and no nice bag or wrap but the worst part was that the chain was already knotted up and I didn’t realize it. I gave it to my girlfriend and it was a mess I tried for about an hour to get the small chain untangles and I ended up taking it to a new jewelry store so they could cut and the chain and I had to buy another white gold chain to replace it with.. wasted money and I will never shop at Macy’s for jewelry again!

Too Dainty For My Taste

It is very pretty, but the size is much smaller than I anticipated and the chain looks like it will break if I move my neck too quickly!

Very small. Good for young person or the type of person who doesn't like big jewelry. 14k white gold makes it very shine. The chain is very thin and can break if not careful.
