Very Disappointed

I ordered 1/4 carat diamond stud earrings for my granddaughters christening, they were delivered in a little plastic bag, no box and no paperwork to authenticate them. I was unaware that some items Macys sells come from second party venders, who apparently don't care about presentation, at all. I am attaching a photo to this post

These earrings came in a plastic bag!!

There was absolutely no certificate or any box these are tiny earrings, I brought them because I was looking for a good sized earrings, but to my dismay, they were very were very tiny, no certificate or box.. I was looking forward to wearing them to an occasion that I had in PA, but they were too tiny with no sparkle to them, sadly, I returned them back to Macy's, so my search continues...
